Syma X5C Quadcopter equipped with HD cameras, 2.4G 6 Axis Gyro

I ordered "Syma X5C Quadcopter equipped with HD cameras, 2.4G 6 Axis Gyro" through Amazon on August 8, 2017 and I received it in few days.  Here is my order number from Amazon "ORDER # 112-9777460-3309823". Over the last weekend, I charged the battery and put in brand new batteries in the remote control.  Once the drone's battery was fully charged, I decided to take it to the park to fly it only to learn that it would not work.  The remote is working fine, it is the drop, two of the wings are spinning and the other two are not responding.  It looks like I have received a defective product.  What should I do.  How can I fix this?  I tried so many time following the instructions given in the manual.  But, it would still not work.  Please advise.
